Annexe

We built a self-contained ground floor annexe that includes a double bedroom, an ensuite bedroom, a kitchen and living area, a bathroom, and a laundry room.
The layout was planned to make good use of the space and keep everything practical and easy to maintain. All finishes were completed to a high standard to ensure the property would be comfortable and long-lasting.
The owners now rent the annexe out, turning the extra space into a steady source of income while keeping it flexible for future family use.
